The Early Careers team manage the 360 recruitment for all Early Career programmes across the Wates Group (Graduates and Apprenticeship opportunities). From attraction and selection, screening, candidate management, arranging and delivering assessment centres, through to offer processes.

Our focus is not to just fill vacancies but looking at the bigger picture and ensure the right candidates are appointed for the longer-term goals in building and retaining sustainable talent pipelines.
