I feel that YP opens many doors and the amount of events that is available to students and they are only getting bigger!”

As a result I was able to find out more about the brand new Solicitor Apprenticeship route and met Browne Jacobson. Following the event I was lucky enough to attend work experience and went on to secure a role. I have now been at the firm for 6 years. Young Professionals helped me find my dream job and employer all in one day!

My experience with Young Professionals was amazing because the events they hosted had detailed information on the type of roles companies offered. As well as the different pathways and how to be applicable for them. The sessions had interactive activities and icebreakers to help the students become accustomed to some of the responsibilities that could occur in the role. Some examples of the events I participated in were Tech the Future, IBM’s Work Experience Day and JP Morgan’s Work Experience Day.
